A finance professional with extensive experience in corporate and real estate private equity investment, possessing a demonstrated track record in sourcing, managing, and optimizing real estate investments, with proven ability to revive underperforming units, build high-performing teams, and generate significant returns. Nasser holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.

As Chief Information Officer, Imran is responsible for overseeing and managing our IT strategy and operations. His primary role is aligning IT initiatives with business goals, ensuring the security and integrity of data, managing IT budgets, and leading digital transformation efforts.
Imran is an AI Growth Consultant, a GCC-based technology leader with 20+ years of experience driving digital transformation for government, design firms, real estate groups, and startups. He is an AI Growth Consultant guiding organizations through large-scale digital transformation projects through services such as digital roadmapping, AI-driven analytics, zero-trust security implementations, and blockchain/FinTech advisory. He possesses a diverse skillset encompassing project management, software development, data analysis, and strategic planning. His expertise is backed by industry certifications. Imran is also a Founding Member of BC-AI (A Vancouver-based non-profit ecosystem) that brings together builders, researchers, artists, educators, and policymakers to grow BC’s AI ecosystem with a human‑first ethos. Imran is a recipient of the Top CIO Award by The CNME CIO 300 Awards in 2021, an annual event that honors the top 300 chief information officers (CIOs) and IT leaders across the Middle East. He holds a BSc in Computer Engineering and an MBA in IT.
